Purchasing art from World Art, Inc. is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Payment: World Art, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Orders purchased with a personal check will be held by World Art, Inc. until the check clears. If the Art Collector's order has a separate shipping and billing address, World Art, Inc. may require the Art Collector to fax or mail a photocopy of the credit card, drivers license, and signature. The Art Collector may be required to fax World Art, Inc. a signed authorization for World Art, Inc. to charge the Art Collector's credit card. If this is the case, World Art, Inc. will fax, email, or mail the form to the Art Collector who must then fax, or mail the form back to World Art, Inc. with the Art Collector's signature.
Shipping: World Art, Inc. generally ships via Federal Express ground service unless otherwise requested by the Art Collector. World Art, Inc. may charge an additional charge for shipping via other methods. World Art, Inc. does not charge for shipping unframed, rolled art within the United States. Shipping charges apply to boxed or crated art, sculptures, jewelry and all other items that cannot be shipped rolled in a tube. If the shipping estimate is not sufficient to cover the actual cost of shipping, World Art, Inc. will charge the Art Collector the additional actual shipping charges and will provide proof of shipping cost to the Art Collector.
International Orders: World Art, Inc. will search for the most cost efficient shipping method for international Art Collectors. If the shipping estimate is not sufficient to cover the actual cost of shipping, World Art, Inc. will charge the international Art Collector the additional actual shipping charges and will provide proof of shipping cost to the international Art Collector.
Returns and/or Cancellations: World Art, Inc. will allow Art Collectors to return or cancel the purchase for any reason within seven business days of receiving the order. Art Collectors will receive a credit good for a future purchase from World Art, Inc. less a 10% restocking fee. World Art, Inc. does not accept returns or cancellations after seven business days of receiving the art weather the art is purchased outright, placed on lay-away, or back-ordered. If World Art, Inc. has special ordered the art, the Art Collector will be charged 50% of the purchase price if the art is returned or cancelled for any reason.
Privacy: Our Art Collector's personal information is confidential. World Art, Inc. will not disclose this data with other organizations or individuals except where required by law. World Art, Inc. does not share or sell mailing lists.
